My voice can fly free…
Was the impression Irene got from her new WAVAYA™ custom in-ears (cIEMs).
Irene is using a mother pearl Tria Live
and she has been using them for some months now. She says:
They are giving me everything I need:
quality, definition, presence, surrounding sound.
Irene Fornaciari’s review
Irene reviewed his new WAVAYA™ custom in ears as follows:
EnglishI discovered WAVAYA in-ears thanks to a friend of mine, a professional singer, who recommended them knowing of my need for optimal listening during concerts.
I have to say that they have been a fantastic discovery.
They are giving me everything I need: quality, definition, presence, surrounding sound.
The 3 way model, in fact, can separate frequencies and gives back a well defined voice while “highs” are not lost and the sound remains warm and surrounding.
The hardest in-ears problem is that you often feel “insulated” and you cannot perceive what is called “the hit of sound” which you need in order to have the right energy to perform with the best expression.
WAVAYA in-ears definitely give you the kind of serenity that any singer needs while performing… and for an anxious person like me, I assure you, they make the difference 😉
My voice can fly free, I don’t need to concentrate too hard on it, and I can live and feel my own music while being carried away by my emotions.
Porcelain in-ears are exceptional since they reduce ear sweating by adapting to your body temperature and they are hypoallergenic as well.
There are a lot of finishings available and I have chosen an exquisite mother-pearl.
Cheers to WAVAYA!
Irene Fornaciari biography
Irene Fornaciari was born in Pietrasanta on December 24, 1983, she spent her life in contact with every type of music especially soul, blues and R&B.
Her idols have been, among others, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin and Janis Joplin.
In 2002 she collaborated on the soundtrack of the cartoon “Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron”, produced by Dream Works. The Italian lyrics of the songs, sung by Zucchero, bear in fact the signature Irene (in the original the songs are signed by Bryan Adams).
In 2003 she was Myriam, the elder sister of Moses, in the well-known musical “I Dieci Comandamenti”, produced by the De Angelis brothers, and this is the first real occasion that makes her known to public and critics, who begin to notice and appreciate her for her qualities.
In 2004, more precisely on May 6, she participated in the famous and prestigious “ZU & Company” event at the Royal Albert Hall, together with world stars such as Eric Clapton, Brian May, Luciano Pavarotti and Dolores O’Riordan singing with Zucchero “Like The Sun – From Out Of Nowhere” (Come il sole all’improvviso), for live TV and its DVD.
In 2006 in June, while she was finishing the recording of her first album, the first single “Mastichi aria” was on air play. In October the second promotional single “Io non abito più qua” written by Bryan Adams, was published.
In 2007, she released her first album “Vertigini in Fiore”, which allowed her to make a long tour throughout Italy participating as a supporter for Zucchero in some Italian and European stages (Switzerland, Austria and France) of the “All the Best” tour.
In 2009, in February she performed on the stage of the 59th Sanremo Music Festival in the category “Proposals 2009” with the song “Spiove il sole” and released the album “Vintage Baby” for Universal Music Italia. “Vintage Baby”: “is a title not to be misunderstood,” she joked. “I’m not the ‘seasoned’ baby; it is the sounds that come from far away. So Vintage (pause /comma) Baby”. No misunderstanding is possible when listening to the album. Irene has the freshness and strength of her green years while the music that pulsates around has the delicate ways and subtle sounds from the 60s and 70s, from Stax and Motown.
In February, 2010, she returned for the second time on the Ariston stage accompanied by the Nomadi. The idea of participating together at the Sanremo Music Festival comes from the song “Il mondo piange”. The musical world of Irene and the world of the historical band come together in the song through Damiano Dattoli, already author of “Io vagabondo”, who wrote the music with Zucchero, while the text was written by Irene and Zucchero. On February 19th, she released her third album “Irene Fornaciari” which contains the best and the most representative pieces of her two previous albums and in addition to “Il mondo piange” a second unpublished piece that will be a summer single “Messing with my head” produced by Jan Van Der Toorn and the great deejay Mousse T.
In 2011, April 22nd, Irene was together with Zucchero on an evening event “Due”, broadcasted on Raidue in the early evening. In November she was invited by Ezio Guaitamacchi on the “Delitti Rock” program, on Raidue, in the tribute episode for Janis Joplin, having the honor of interpreting two of her greatest hits “Piece of my heart” and “Mercedes Benz”, in December she dueted with one of the most important legends of the soul world, Eddie Floyd, in a song which is a symbol of soul music “Knock on wood”.
In 2012 she took part in the 62nd edition of the Sanremo Music Festival with the song “Grande Mistero”, written by Davide Van De Sfroos, with whom Irene had dueted in the song” Yanez “, presented by De Sfroos during the last Sanremo Festival. The single “Grande Mistero” was contained in the new album “Irene Fornaciari”, and came out on February 15th for Universal Music.
In the December of the same year she received the prestigious Mia Martini Award:
“For having established herself in the Italian music scene as a revelation in recent years, thanks to her vocal talents and her artistic choices. A young artist who has conquered prestigious achievements and became one of the most refined and sought-after new “stars” of the Italian pop scene.
From 2013 to 2014, Irene performed tours throughout Italy, and in the months of October and November 2014 she opened the concerts for Francesco Renga in the tour “Tempo Reale”.
In 2015 she worked on her new album with the producer Diego Calvetti.
In 2017 Irene took part in the main chilean song contest with her song “Questo Tempo” (this time).
